I never take mine off, and wouldn't consider it. I've worn mine to Vietnam, India, Peru, the Netherlands, the Yucatan jungle, and will wear them to Morocco this fall.
I will be taking mine to Europe when we go. I didn't really think twice about doing so either... but if you are hesitant for any reason do what you feel is right. We wouldn't want you to be thinking about your rings when you should be enjoying yourself :)
I only take mine off when I play soccer, and only because I have to. I would take it to Europe. You are probably just as likely to have it stolen from your home while you are gone as you would stolen from your finger in another country.
Depends on where I'm traveling. I usually bring it on all trips and just put it in a safe if I'm doing an activity that's not jewelry friendly. Most hotels will have a safe.
Thanks all for the tips. I wanted to take my rings but didn't want to be reckless. Glad to know you all feel the same. We'll most be sightseeing and eating so I think my rings will be safe. The main fear is that I'll gain 578017 lbs and they'll get stuck on my stubby fingers! haha.
I've worn mine almost everywhere. We did get travel bands that we wore for our honeymoon and that I wore this weekend. It wasn't because I was worried of them being stolen though. For the HM we were snorkeling and this weekend was kayaking. I don't want to risk my finger shrinking and my bands coming off where I'd never be able to find them again.
I never take mine off, except for when I'm in the ocean. I don't feel right without it! I figure it's not anymore likely to fall off my finger in Europe than it is here at home.
I do... but the only time I take them off is when I sleep or shower, which means I'm in the same room as them still. I take a little pouch for my jewelry/hair stuff, and make sure the rings go right from my finger into the pouch, then back again. No accidental dropping them on plush carpet, etc.
I travel all over the world and I usually do not wear my jewlery for the simple fact of swelling up in my hands and feet when I have to fly. For some reason, probably because of the 16 pluse hours or so of sitting and pressurization stuff, it causes me to feel so very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. But as soo as the jet swelling in my limbs goes away, I slip my stuff back on. If your concerned about possible theft where you are going, it's simple, don't take the good stuff. Wear a plain gold band. I have been to even Africa and have never had any fears of theft. Did you know that most countries can tell your a tourist by the shoes you wear? I found out that in some places they know you are from the states simply because of white tennis shoes. Go figure!

Maybe I wouldn't take it to Europe. I don't think twice about taking it to Utah or Las Vegas. Probably depends on what's in your insurance policy?
Depends on where. I didn't wear mine to Nicaragua but Europe... I probably would. Have a fun trip!! CB=jealous

Not out of country. Usually lock it up in the safe deposit box. But out of state...sure.
